I ordered from this company back in September 11 paid 79 sent emails and their site says open soon no response back something need to be done and address on this matter considering there are quite a bit of people who got scammed there no number these company's need to be shut down and investigate

Ordered the Big boy bean bag on Sept 10th. I have received nothing. I have tried numerous way to contact the seller (Glamore Galore). Facebook needs better checks and balances before a scammer can post ads. Very Disappointed. I will never order from an AD on facebook again!

Ordered it on September 11th and paid $158 for two of them. It is now October 12th and I've not received any update on where my order is or if it has even been processed. Send an email for a refund and still heard nothing. Filing a complaint with my bank to reverse the charges.

Ordered a $79 6ft x 6ft bean bag cover on 8-27-20, since shipping a full bean bag would be large and expensive (understandable). It was also supposed to be that silky/plush material. I ordered 3 bigboybags for $326.94 AUD (or $79 USD each) I checked out the website from face book that were advertising them and all looked good so I purchased with my card. I wanted to use the PayPal function, but it wasn't available! lesson learned!.
4 weeks later I have received 2 small ugly canvas bags not the 3 XXL faux fur ones ordered and paid for. Turns out they are hosted by Shopify and the charge came from a SP * GLAMOUR GALORE HTTPSGLAMOREGCA and the bigboybags.co website is down. Facebook still have the adds running hot. I have reported this at every level and no joy yet. I understand the buyer needs to be aware, which I thought I was, yet Facebook and Shopify clearly do not have good enough checks to allow this to happen and continue to happen even once reports are filed. Any advice on how to get my money back will be welcomed!

Purchased a bean bag from this so called company for $79.00 usd & was expecting an XXL bag to fit a 6ft adult in a black plysh fabric.
Instead I recieved an average size bag, in a heavy fabric ,ugly browny grey colour, poorly made, no logo.
I have sent several emails but theres no response.
The intial person I spoke to was an EVA MANOLA in regards to shipping because I had put my old address.
They did converse with me in regards to that, but did not change the shipping address.
I had to pay to have it resent to my correct address only to be completely disappointed by this purchase.
The photo of the big black bag was what I thought I was ordering..the grey brown bag is what I got!
The website comes up as legit & sends you an email straight away, but it is not legit.

It took 2 months to get my bag & when I recieved it I was pretty disappointed.
It was not black or plush like in the photo, obviously stolen the pictures from a site called cozyball.com & making these cheap looking ugly bags that are nowhere near the size advertised.
The fabric is heavy, browny grey & clearly made in china!
Theres no plushness about this product! Complete scam and paid $79.00 USD for a bag thats worth about $20.00!
Avoid these scammers! They do not reply yo your emails.

Purchased what I thought was a huge plush beanbag chair and what I got was a small ugly canvas bag not filled "due to weight" which found out after shipped-82.00 American for a empty ugly bag and now I have to put something in it but too ugly so will probably dispose of but these companys and their false advertising need to be stopped!

This is a scam for sure. I know my husband and I read that it was 6 ft long and 6 ft wide. Nope, it’s 3x3. Super small and made of blue jean material. Nothing at all what the picture shows. Been trying to contact them for 5 days now with no luck. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS
