I saw an ad on Facebook for Big Lots Store closing sale. I ordered multiple items $98.99. I paid with my debit card on April 2. No reply when I tried to contact them. I went to the ad it was the same email address and supposedly backed by Wayfair. Still no reply.

Clfileserver.com is where i purchased 2 e-bikes. It was charged onto debit card for around 150 dollars.

Feb.4th and 5th I placed orders one for $60.99 and the other $182.90 with a website Big Lots. I saw the ad on Facebook and clicked on it to shop their going out of business store clearance. Before placing the order I checked the view site information to insure a secure and authentic site and confirmed it was. Today I went to check on status of banking withdraws and Big Lots site locally (Billings,Mt.) and my account showed that I had no orders . I had authorized the funds with my Credit Union because the site information was secure according to website information. I am concerned that I have been scammed as BigLots stopped taking on-line orders prior to me ordering. Information I was unaware of. The order confirmation email used was [email protected] . The company site e-mail listed at the bottom of page was [email protected]. A BigLots service hub is how it was representing itself I believe. I gave them my personal debit card information and all that goes with that. . Rather than waiting to discover that it is a scam ( no product received but money is lost) I wish to alert others to be aware.
