So on Facebook they had a add for Big lots going out of business. I know that part is legit.

They had inventory really cheap. I purchased almost 100.00 dollars of products.

They sent me a order number and tracking number. I can't contact the company all the information is fake. I will have to print out the only information that I have and send. I want to get this claim brought to your attention.

3 orders went through after pay. money was taken from my bank account. 2 orders the money was on my debit card. I notified Big lots with order numbers etc they wrote back that I was scammed.

I order some items from who I thought was Big Lots and after I ordered and waited for my items and only received one message stating my. Order was filled and on it way but there was no tracking number no carrier or anything so I contacted big lots and they told me they aren't doing onine ordering. So I disputed the transaction with cash app which I used to pay for the purchase with well they denied my dispute. Because they say I receive my packages and never did also a couple days before I did the order with who I thought was big lots I order s pair of shoes from . Whom I thought was Dick's sporting goods when I order my shoes they sent me an email stating my order was on its way with a shipping tracking and and the order number no carrier was listed but they sent update to the tracking on it daily so after they said my shoes were delivered in which I never received I waited a day to see if they would show up the next day nothing so then next day I contact all of the carriers and they couldn't locate it so I called. dicks sporting goods and they immediately told me it was a scam they don't advertise on social media anything and there website doesn't have wholesale in the website that I need to call my back and dispute it and report it to get my money back but cash app denied that claim I was scammed and they denied it saying I receive my packages and don't have enough evidence to show them i sent every thing I could with these disputes and they denied it.So cash app is allowing people to be scammed because they aren't doing anything to fix it because they can't even investigate it cause if they have done so they would known that these pretend websites selling items as a popular shopping business they would have been informed and figured it out by just an call to the actual real Business here so cash app is allowing people to scam and commit fraudulent transactions

I purchased a Comfy Upholstered Chaise Lounge on Jan 28, 2025. I have never rcvd it. Looking at the tracking number it shows it’s been shipped and landed in California, then went to Illinois and then down to Florida and now all it is showing is it is in transit some where. I sent emails they’ve gone unanswered and I tried calling but the number is disconected.

The scam started with a Facebook ad that directed me to the website https://biglotsnewstore.com/. I made a purchase and noted later by the transaction this it was not BIGLOTS but under the name "JIFENSHHGQQ". The company has access to credit card details and addresses but importantly acting a BIG LOTS which is not the case. I made the order on Feb 1 and waiting for payment to be posted to dispute/cancel.

Big Lots ad on facebook said they were going out of business and had inventory to sell at low prices. I bought a few things and paid with my debit card 69.09. On 11/4/2024. In has gone through my bank. But I have not received anything. I think that the sale was to good to be true.
