I hired this guy to clean up my elderly parents' yard. He put me off for five weeks. Always a tool broken, a neighbor he had to help, trees down, you name it. Always something. I paid him in advance as he said he was too broke to do the work without the money in advance.

To date he owes me for A LOT of unfinished work. I've done my best to work with him for weeks, but now I'm done. He's hit the felony level at this point, so now we're going the legal route. DON'T HIRE THIS CLOWN.
