I purchased a chain for my daughter from Bettertoghethergiftshop.com and they said it would take 6-10 days and they will tell me when it ships. Now its been 20 DAYS. I call the number and no one answers but they'll text you back instead of picking the phone up. The answering machine don't even acknowledge that its a business with the name. Beware of these folks. They took my money and didn't deliver my product. Don't order from these scammers. They don't answer emails absolutely what so ever!!
