The website offered flights at a low price. Under the price, it said "Price per person (inc. taxes and fees). No bags included." After selecting the flight, adding in your name, email, phone number, and credit card, it seems like you've booked a flight. Then, someone calls on the phone to explain some restrictions on your flight. They tell you that you cannot check in early, cannot bring any bags (checked or carry on). They offer to look up some options. The new options are twice as much as the price you agreed to. When you tell them you'd like to cancel then, they say that there are no refunds and they have already charged you the original amount. They send an email with the information on the new price, you have to respond "I agree", and they will charge you for the flight. I did receive actual flight confirmations, but there was additional charge of about $312 on my account that comes from "All season travel LLC". This was a bait-and-switch scenario where you think you are getting a cheap price for a flight but then they double the price, plus an extra "fee" for their travel service. There was no fine print about no-refunds or these so-called restrictions on the tickets upfront. Also, the customer service agents sounds as if they are in a call center in another country, and have fake names like Cheryl Mathew and Rhett Butler. Others have reported the same situation happened to them with this company.

I checked for flights to Florida through a site called bestticketfare.com. I booked around trip flight for $441. A short time later I got a call from a man with an Indian accent (Michael), telling me I was going to have to show up for my flight 5 hours early, I couldn't pick my seat, and I couldn't take ANY bags with me. He then told me it was going to cost me an extra $900 for the flight I wanted. He did, however, tell me he could get me into another airport for an additional fee of $200, and then I could check-in online, not have to show up 5 hours early, and could bring a bag. It was all very urgent, and scammy feeling. He wouldn't even let me call my buddy to check if the other airport was ok with him, without staying on hold while I called. I hung up on "Michael" and then I got 13 consecutive calls...ALL FROM DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. I notified my bank, and will probably have to cancel my card. DON'T use cheapflights.com, and definitely don't use BESTTICKETFARE.COM

On August 3rd, I booked a ticket through their website and promptly provided my credit card information within less than 10 minutes as requested. However, I was subsequently informed that the ticket was no longer available and that I would need to upgrade my booking.

Since the services I initially requested were not provided and I did not agree to the suggested upgrade, I requested a full refund and did not confirm this purchase. but they charged me. The ticket I purchased cost $330 USD and they charged me for $437.

This website is a complete scam. I am disgusted with this website. How are they still in business doing this?! Who can we report them to? This should be illegal. This is the same thing that happened to us. Be aware of this website! ITS A FRAUD A SCAM!They lied to you take your money, and when you call them, they pretend they don’t speak English. They tell you some stuff that makes no sense and try to get you to buy another ticket and not refund you the Previous one. How can these people continue to do this to people? Someone needs to put an END this madness. These people are crooks and their 1000% scams. Please be aware of this website.!

I paid for 3 tickets for united airlines. The company called and charged my credit card and said only 2 people were confirmed and 1 on stand by and then asked me for more money. I am travelling with 2 young children. This company is practicing bait and switch on all customers and needs to be reported to the US Gov ASAP before more people get scammed.

https://meta.bestticketfare.com(1-888-538-4086) website quoted me a discounted fare, and then a rep called me two days later at 9:20 pm to advise me that I needed to change my travel dates, travel from a different city, or pay twice the amount they initially quoted me. They told me the additional amount was to reserve seats in the main cabin and for baggage or carry on privileges. They kept stating that if I booked directly with the airline that the fare would be twice as much. Well, after wanting me to pay them the additional amount it would have been the same as going through the airline directly. I told them that I didn't feel comfortable booking any flights with them based on these changes that they were trying to pressure me into by phone. I told them that I would prefer to book directly with the airline. The first rep I spoke with (a woman) heard my argument and agreed that I would not be charged anything. I was happy - I thought it was over! Several days later a man rep called me to start the pressure campagne again, stating he could get me cheaper fares if I traveled from an airport that's 80 miles from my home. I told him that was not what I selected; he got irate and started yelling that the flights were non-refundable. I told him to listen to the recorded conversation I had previously where I was told that I would not be charged anything, and that seemed to upset him even more. If I can save anyone from going through the stress and frustration I went through, then this is for you. This was the ultimate bait-and-switch scam! And they got it down pat!

I paid for airline tickets online with this business. Received an email that "your booking is under process". They were to contact me within 24 hours. 48 hours later I called them. When I called they said one ticket was confirmed, and the other was on standby, and I would have to pay an additional $500 to get the second one confirmed. After speaking to the supervisor, who also insisted he can put me on another flight, with both seats confirmed, but I would have to pay additional money. I said I wanted a refund because they didn't deliver the product they advertised. He then said he cannot refund the money. They said they contacted the airline, and couldn't confirm the second seat, and therefore needed additional payment. Then I was disconnected. I called back again, getting a different supervisor, who found the supervisor I was speaking to before. He said he was sorry about disconnecting me, and he tried to call me back, (I didn't received a call back). I then began telling them they are doing a bait and switch, and it was against the law, and would have to get a lawyer involved. He then offered a full refund. After I finished the call, I then called the airlines and confirmed that if two tickets are purchased, one doesn't go on standby. There was a similar named business that seemed to have many complaints. Maybe they just changed their name to BESTTICKETFARE.COM?

I booked 3 tickets online through the website. Got a call later the same day & they told me with the tickets I booked I could not take any luggage or bags on the flight. I asked about checking a suitcase & they said with the cheap tickets I purchased that I could not even pay to check a bag. The tickets were to fly on American Airlines. They wanted me to upgrade to the main cabin for $298 more per ticket to be allowed to bring luggage, or change my flight dates. Even changing dates the price was higher. They said I was not able to cancel the purchase when I asked. After some discussion I asked the lady to speak with a manager & she told me there isn't one available. Soon Cody came on the line claiming to be the manager. He explained that my seats purchased were less than American Airlines basic economy seats & no bags could be brought on the flight & no checked luggage could be paid for with out up grading. FYI: Basic Economy is American Airlines cheapest seat & you can have a carry on in them seats, according to them. When I told him I was not paying him more money he said he would process & send me my tickets & confirmation within the next 24 hours. Almost exactly 24 hours later the same lady calls & says because I did not confirm they canceled my tickets. When I told her that I did confirm with her manager she wanted to argue. I told her to pull the recorded phone conversation, that she would not do, & she would have the confirmation from her manager telling me he would send them to me in 24 hours. Bottom line they did not send me the tickets & I had to call my cc company & cancel my card. This site is a SCAM! I should have checked the reviews first & listened to them. I gave them the benefit & got burned!

I made reservations for a flight. A rep called to say we had no baggage or carry on privileges and if we wanted that we had to pay over 200 more plus luggage charges to move to main cabin class. We were not permitted to cancel without a cancellation fee and no refund

I have bought the ticket for my son through this company this said no booking charge but the end they charge you couple hundred dollars on the top the ticket and when you call try to get the refund there is no refund and they also book expensive twice then the ticket on the market. so don’t ever book through them

Website is included on a cheapairfares search that is similar to expedia. Has an initially cheaper fare than other sites and sends you an email with a "confirmation number" from the company. The company representative then proceeds to call you and tell you the flight has many restrictions and then when you tell them to cancel it, they refuse and say you need to upgrade your flight and the only one available is usually double the price of the original ticket. Then when you refuse that and request to cancel, they state that the ticket is already processed and it cannot be cancelled so you will be charged the full amount anyways. I called the airline and they had no record of any ticket being issued and nothing had been processed. I called bestticketfare back and was referred to the bestticketfare supervisor by Damon Walker and I requested to cancel the flight with her and she immediately said I can't and no refund would be given then offered a "employee discount" price which I also declined. I then hung up and cancelled my credit card so they could not charge me. Very deceiving and misleading. They have a bunch of fake reviews online.

I booked a flight with this CO only to go thru so many ways they had to verify my purchase, then add more cost to my purchase, only to what I had already authorized, then, only to receive another call that my credit card was declined (which my CC co said would have been not possible) I eventually reported fraud to my CC company and will get a new card.

I spoke with Phillip A******* about a flight fare, was told the listed price was restricted and for $100 more, I agreed to the increase and was told i would receive e-mail and expect a phone call within 24-48 hours with ticket information. I then gave my credit card information and received an confirmation e-mail with all the itinerary information. I waited for over 72 hours and still did not receive an e-tickets or itinerary information. I called and spoke with Rachel who said things were still with the ticket department and to wait for 24 more hours and then I will receive a call with all the needed information; didn't receive one. During this I was alerted by an attempted charge to my credit card for Uber.

Made contact after 4 days of trying with 'Tom'. There was no ticket issued, so I requested cancelation and refund. Lots of double talk followed. Fully recognizing this was scam. I proceeded with cancel.

My AMEX was charged $1716 on 5th day by Delta.

They are lying from beginning to end! Let me book a flight ticket which is not existing. And then call after call trying all tricks.

after you put in your information and pressing pay you will get a call stating some sort of problem with your booking for me it was standby seating only but can upgrade me for 149$ each way which would be more the booking directly through the airline after telling them no thanks i will just cancel then i was threatened by the operator saying he will charge my card 700$ even if i lock my card and get a new one they would charge that... stay away from them threatening a costumer is a big red flag!

Exact same issues as Steph O - booked flight waited 2 hours for confirmation - called the company - company stated two different issues - first one was - delta has a policy no carry on just a personal item weighing 1 pound - and if i need a carry on it would cost another 125 dollars each way of my flight so basically additional 250 dollars for carrying on. Then the second issue was - the flight was over booked by the airline and if i needed to those dates and times i had to upgrade to higher seat plan - which would of cost me another 200 dollars in total- he tried to use the i get you a discount and what so ever - but i went ahead said no confirmation - of the flight - your company is not following there policy - so make sure you read always the policies - hung up the phone - checked my bank account - nothing was taken and then called my bank. This is company is a huge scam and rip off - and will try different scenarios to get your money.

I started a search for flight from Fargo to Ft Myers on cheapflights.com, and there was a phenomenal fare available. I entered in all of the pertinent traveler info and my credit card, and received an email from bestticketfare saying they would contact me and charge my card once the tickets were confirmed. The email seemed sketchy, so I found this site with reviews. Sure enough, I received a call from bestticketfare, and the rep told me there were all of these restrictions on the ticket, including the inability to check bags (even for purchase), if the airline cancels there will be no refund and no replacement flights, etc. I stated I don't agree to all of these terms, and just to cancel my order. The guy told me that I already made the purchase and couldn't cancel. (I told him the email I received stated I wouldn't be charged until the ticket was issued). He was very aggressive and insisted I couldn't cancel, in the meantime I logged into credit card account to see if there was a pending charge, and there was not, which was reassuring. He then tried to overcome my objections by saying he could contact the airline to get the restrictions waived. He then called back about 15 min later, explaining he was able to get them waived, explaining in detail what they were, and the short and sweet version is that they wanted an extra $350/ticket. I just said "nope", hung up, and called my credit card company to preempt any sort of charge. Moral of the story...if it's too good to be true, it likely is.

By mistake we purchased an airplane ticket for Europe. After we fill it out all the credit card info we were made aware that we have wait 48 hours for the flight to be approved by the airflight company. Immediately, we contact them and asked them for cancellation. At that moment we were informed that no refund will be made, and they will charge a cancellation fee. After long discussions with them, the offered us an upgrade for over $400 in which they promised firmly that the luggage and the seats will be included in the ticket price. Fortunately, they sent us the confirmation ticket but no luggage or seats in the tickets. We called back several times and every time they promised again that they will send another email with the luggage and seat confirmation. Lastly, after multiple calls they told us they sent the email confirming the luggage and the seat. We trusted them and when we checked we found out that they lied, and no luggage or seats were added to our ticket. They lied us on the face, and they offered instead to give us voucher for the future flights.
I advise everyone to stay away from this company if you want to save your money and avoid aggravation.

I attached the conversation with the customer service as well immediately after I found out that even if I paid for the tickets the booking was in progress and I tried to cancel them... and I was told that this is not refundable... after few minutes I made the purchase
