Report

They stated I had a confirmed reservation on United and when I called to check they said I was on a waiting list and you could not pay for luggage. I had already spoken to a representative the day before who said it was all included. This is a fraud and all the people I spoke to were hard to understand because of a language barrier. DO NOT PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKETS FROM BESTTICKETFSRE on Cheapflights!
