I was booking a room online and I decided to book through "besthoteldealsglobal" and I went through the process, booked and paid my room and was sent a confirmation # and everything like a regular booking process. And when I went to get the room the booking didn't show up in the hotel's system and it never did and I actually paid for the room and when I went to cancel it they kept my card payments! I'm not the only one who experienced this and I'm not understanding why they are able to still be on this booking site to continue to scam people out their money! Someone needs to put a stop to this type of deal because it is ridiculously outrageous and a real problem.
