Scammer advertised reduced Portland Leather Goods for sale on Instagram. After clicking on the ad, the website used Portland Leather goods branding. Never received purchased items. Phone number associated with the credit card charge is invalid. Tracking shows order shipped from China and over a month later shows as delivered, but was never delivered. Order confirmation shows order would be delivered within 3-7 days. After making email contact with the scammer, my credit card was compromised. Someone used my credit card at a coin laundry facility in New York.
