The Website "Bestbestones" is fashions marketed menswear and discounted prices which was exceptionally affordable. I placed an order and received "Your order is confirmed" and a order number "bestbestones25131" later I received a tracking number indicating the items ordered were arriving from China to the USA. A couple of days later I received an email indicating "Your order is waiting for pickup by the carrier" I paid $13.99 for VIP fast shipping and $2.80 for shipping insurance. After 4 days I sent an email to the "contact service" email address and was notified that the customer service center would "reply within 24 hours, but I never received a reply. Next I attempted to contact them via their "Chat" center but was connected to another Scam center called "BestQuestion" which indicated that for a cost of "$1.00" they would handle the chat and obtain a resolution for my order. It became apparent that the instant responses were rote generated software platforms and the first request was for my credit card to pay the "$1.00"chat fee. I immediately disconnected from the chat. Lastly, I searched the internet for the company address and phone number. I discovered a multitude of Scam alerts and reviews. The number of scam alerts and unimaginable reviews caused me alarm and I immediately contacted my credit card company and notified them of the scam. They reviewed my transactions and discovered a debit to my account in the amount of "$142.77" by a company named "Happyculturqvp" for clothing. This website is so sophisticated and well designed that I couldn't find a single error in grammar and the fashion designs were perfectly displayed as was the privacy policy, order tracking, contact us, terms of service, etc. The email address for customer service was given as "[email protected]" and hours of operation (9:30 Am-6:30 Pm EST) Monday to Friday. This website is one of the best designed and most conveniencing I have ever encountered. Its doubtful that a Programmer or Webmaster would find faulty mistakes. A monumental amount of time and development went into this high level Scam. Google the website and "Buyers Beware" this is without a doubt a well organized and establishment highly skilled Scam organization with multiple levels of deceptions.

the picture of this item popped up on my computer. I needed a gift for someone, so went to their website and read the description. It stated it was a sweater [it is not, it's a t-shirt thin top], and it was made of 60% cotton, and 40% cashmere [it is 100% polyester.] It also said it was made in the USA [it's from China]

- Harrison Township, MI, USA

The website has pictures of high quality items. It describes high quality material. When I received the items they are obviously not as represented in the web site. For example, a cashmere sweater is not cashmere at all and is 100% polyester. The other items are mostly polyester also. There is no way to click on a link to service on the website. I don't believe there is any way to return the items. Do not purchase anything from this site. I now see the same pictures coming up with a different site name of Fairrly.com. Avoid these sites as you will not get what you think you are ordering.

Paid $75.00 for a "Calf Skin Jacket" that will never arrive. After 3 weeks of looking at the tracking they gave me, it still says "Waiting for carrier to pick up item." I called the carrier and they say they have no record of this transaction and no order to pick it up. Contacted [email protected] 4 times in 10 days with no reply back. There is no phone number to call. The business says it's the carriers responsibility and the carrier says it's the retailer's responsibility. Just another run around with no positive results.

garbage website complete garbage

Ordered 2 XL mens polos, they shipped boys XL When I sent email, they gave me a list of things I had to do - multiple pictures of items, size labels and shipping labels. Once I would send that they would address how to return them. Lesson learned - do NOT order from this company!

This website shows pictures of shirts that look very nice. The description shows that they are 100% cotton but when you get the shirts they are a very poor quality polyester. When you try and return they off you 20% as a refund.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered those same shirts.
