1. After paying for 3 tickets on American Airlines for Travel in April, the website showed a Booking no. I called the 800 number listed on their website for BESTTICKETFARES.COM asking for a itinerary confirmation. NO CONFIRMATION email was sent with Itinerary # or ticket number.
2. After you charge your Credit Card they will told me no luggage is allowed except for personal item, not even carry-on, while the Airline details for the specified ticket clearly shows that they allow 1 carry on.
3. Ticket is not confirmed until 24 hours before travel. Never ever heard of this trick. When you pay for the ticket is when your ticket is confirmed. But no these agents say "Ticket will be confirmed only 24 hrs before travel" even though you paid for it almost 3 weeks before travel.
4. They say policy about luggage and is written on their website. CAN'T OPEN THEIR WEBSITE. AGENT does not tell you where the travel or luggage policy is shown on the website. It is no where listed.
5. LAST ONE - They cannot guarantee Departure Dates which is ridiculous. Meaning you purchase your ticket based on a time and date and until 24 hrs before travel they won't confirm if that is what your itinerary will be.
6. Please make sure you are not selecting "BESTTICKETFARE.COM" when comparing your ticket prices. The website is nothing but FRAUD.
