In Jan 2024 I was looking for a Makita Quiet Series electric air compressor in search engine. Clicked on same and seem to be at the Best Buy website. Completed the deal by giving debit card number. The order number provided was HD2-24721 with a tracking number of AS836790311CN. After a couple of months and no contact with the seller, I went to the local Best Buy store and was informed that I had not been in the Best Buy website when I made this purchase. The tracking number went to a site called "China Postal Express & Logistics." Your blocks did not give the opportunity to allow more than one email address and website associated with this scam. Also, there were no telephone numbers provided, so I put in my own telephone number. Fix your system.

I was ordering a table online and before paid it sent me an invoice from Jason Byrd on PayPal. It said 3-5 buisness days would ship. It has been over a week. There is no customer service telephone number. Did some research and saw an email. I emailed them and no response. Today I emailed them again and I received an email saying email not found. If you wan screen shots or emails I can send them to you if needed.

Ignoring the maxim "if it looks too good to be true..." I purchased a power tool at a steep discount from a fake 'Best Buy' website, then noticed the invoice in Pay Pal was listed as paid to 'Gbhs United Fund Appeal Inc.'

A quick search revealed this to be a fraudulent website, I'm hoping you can flag it or take it down, thanks.

I used my smart phone to locate the # for Best Buy because I was having tech difficulties with my printer and needed Geek Squad. The phone # I called was 866-897-4995. The person on the other line answered "Best Buy," and had an East Indian accent." I said I needed the Geek Squad, and he replied that he was part of the Geek Squad and that his name was Randy Johnson. He gave me a case I.D. and told me he would have to take over my computer to get my computer and printer "talking" to each other again. I let him download his software onto my computer that allowed him to control my computer. He "showed" me where I had trojans and breaches. While he "cleaned" my computer, his fellow technician, Eric, fixed my printer remotely. Then Randy put a new firewall on my computer for $999.99, had me write out a check to Ansun Consulting, and had me scan it to my computer. Then he gave me his personal, direct line, 866-870-8602 ext. 104 My bank called me, warning me of fraud, so I took my computer into what I knew was the real Geek Squad, and they found all kinds of viruses in the firewall and other things Randy had put on my computer.

I thought the website was bestbuy. The scammer sent it through paypal only to find out that instead of a receipt it came back as an invoice. It stated i paid a Maria Flores

BestBuy outlet website... calls itself Best Buy Affiliates

The email address [email protected] is associated with a PayPal account with fhe name Chris Buchanan on it. Thats where my payment went so it's already in dispute.

I was looking up deals on black friday (11/25/23) . I was specifically trying to find a tv. I used google as my search engine. Best Buy came up with sales. They are reputable. So i went to there website and there was an offer for a "52 tv for $99. I don't know the specifics but they took another $40 off the price and the total was $59.49 with free shipping. Im not sure what brand of tv was offered. I think it was something like Visio. Not a brand I was familiar with. Thats why I assumed they could sell at that low of a price. The site looked authentic. I've tried to have correspondence since my initial puchase. The email address they have given is invalid. There's no way to make contact. So, i looked further on line and i saw that this same company had scammed others. They were acting as if they were Best Buy with other consumers as well. One person tried to buy a wood chipper and lost $50. The reason i had issue in the first place was because my purchase never arrived. Then i.would get package alerts later than the date given that the package would be late. The tracking number doesnt work. And when i checked with Best Buy the order # number wasn't valid. On my credit card the transaction description was CHARM DAZZLE DAZZLECHARM.CNY. The listed Merchant info is DAZZLECHARM.C, NY. If there is any way you can help me track this company down I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time. ***** ******** *********************** ***********************

The website is a replica of the real Best Buy site. It offers deals and sales and even has listed prodict reviews. There was no email confirmation after payment was made and the phone number is fake. They used photos and logos from the real site and claim they are an open box outlet for Best Buy in some parts of the site but in other parts they are directly claiming to be them.

Ordered a Christmas gift from this site. Got an email confirming order and said it would process in 3-5 days and take 7-10 to receive. Said i would receive a shipping confirmation which i have not and its been 10 days. I called and number was not in service. I emailed multiple times and i got emails back saying undeliverable.

We bought a new TV from Best Buy, setting up Prime on the TV says we needed to call the number listed 1-862-701-1502 which we did, they hooked up Prime and then proceeded to ask us additional information to check our account, they used RemoteDesk to access my phone and get me to do some transactions with Trust which I did and they kept saying there is no charge to my account. Then they said there was a glitch in their system and would be crediting my account but needed access again.

I was scammed while shopping on Best Buy‘s website and while you’re on the website they also give you other options and the option that I selected took it to what I thought was the Best Buy website still and after making my purchase I never received a confirmation email nor have I received merchandise. I’ve alerted American Express this company and I did some research I found the name and yes it’s Castlerock Colorado I know the address seen it it’s a residential home and it has nothing to do with Best Buy so this is a scam and they have some of my personal identifiable information and the phone number even the phone number and the website it takes you the website that showed up on American Express shows of fake website and a phone number that just rings and rings. Busy busy busy.

They sent a email saying that I order something from best buy and it's going to b shipped. So I called them and said I didn't order anything and she said I will send you over to the cancellation department but first do you have a laptop are a computer I said yes y she said we need for you to get on it so we can go to the cancellation department I said no you don't need me to go to my computer you suppose to b able to connect me yourself and she hung up the phone. She already knew my name

When i called the number they wanted me to log into my computer and log into a specific site to give them the computer address so they can remove a program off my computer. Once they said that I hung up and called Best buy and they told me the number listed is not their number. This is when I hung up on them.

This was a Facebook ad for overstock of Amazon products. Order was for a double door plastic shed 15ft x 8ft for $69.98 plus $9.90 shipping. Was given a tracking number using 17 track in which i figured out this was most likely coming from China. Intial shipping label started in Georgia so shipping within the US. Money was taking from Paypal immediately. Product finally showed delivered to a resident in Indiana. I emailed. They responded with a new tracking number said it was a mistake. 2nd tracking number was delievered to someone in Florida. Emailed again but feel this will go on for months. Began 8/7/21 and I can't seem to get any product or a refund. They respond but again I feel it's a game and money is now lost. Money taken and nothing every received.
