Online Retailer Scam

Beryse company misrepresented a product (staining lip oils) with images from another brand (Kulfi) and then sent very different, very poor quality lipstick product instead. Return shipping costs more than product. Company says they have the right to "relabel" or "rename" products but that they have the same formula which is a complete lie.
