The product that I received was in no way, shape, or form anywhere close to the product that was advertised through social media and the website where the product was purchased. When I contacted the company explaining the issue, the representative assured me a full refund would be issued. After waiting over a month and not receiving the refund, I reached out again. This time I was ghosted.
