I ordered 2 dresses as a gift & sent them to San Diego. In the name, they use “Boston” - which I falsely assumed meant they were in the USA. When I tried tracking the pkg, I noted it was going thru customs, so I questioned them. They assured me if the items were not to our liking, we could return them. The fabric of the dresses was cheap & awful. My daughter-in-law would never wear them. I am so embarrassed. After several emails requesting a return form, they repeatedly sent increasing offers of 10-40% refund. They finally sent the return form but I would have to pay for shipping back to China within 14 days of receipt (which would be $30-50). Their family is now on vacation, so that would not be possible. I have found this company is a total scam and regret being taken in by them. I’m 73 & would like to be able to trust companies that do business here - or pretend to.
