Type of a scam Online Purchase

Cancelled and Still Charged, BeNaught.com

On March 26th Wednesday I made a purchase at beanaughty.com for $2.99. I immediately called about 20 minutes after and spoke with a gentleman. I got no name but I have phone numbers and phone history requesting a refund for the $2.99 at bnoddy.com. he told me because of his terms and conditions he could not refund the money but assured me and told me that he is canceling the subscription for said website and personally guaranteed me that there would be no more charges to my card by said website. Be naughty.com and any Affiliated sites that we're affiliated with beanaughty.com I repeatedly asked them probably three to four times. Are you sure all websites and all accounts are canceled? He said yes sir. I guarantee it there will be no payments or transactions from your bank card and all related sites to b90.com have been canceled of subscription to your card of your bank. Assuring me promising me and guaranteeing that he removed my bank card from all records to all of their Affiliated sites. Today March 1st at 1600 hours. I checked my bank account and saw there was a transfer or transaction of $ $56.99 of the same merchant name and merchant ID. ID so I called bnati.com and asked for a refund of this purchase. That was a mistake on their behalf and they told me no that that was for a subscription I signed up for for I am naughty.com. .com. when I made a purchase of 299 for b90.com, I can continuously tell them that I did not authorize any subscription of any other site beside the purchase that I made for benaughty.com. they repeatedly told me under their terms and conditions that this is a website offered when making a purchase and at the very bottom and very small print. There's an option to opt out of this purchase. I told them I did not see it. There wasn't no option. I have no idea what they were talking about. I repeatedly asked him to please refund my money back and they repeated no. They told me to call. I am naughty.com and ask them for a refund. After contacting IM9 they told me the same thing about their terms and conditions and could not help me with the refund and to callb90.com it shows they are the same purchaser name and ID. So after speaking with the gentleman on b90.com on February 26th of 2025 as I stated he repeatedly told me guaranteeing promising and letting him know there will be no more charges to my card. So if they can charge and use my information to open another subscription for a different website that is ran by them affiliated with them and goes by the same merchant name, merchant ID and purchasing department. Yet they still are saying that they are a different merchants department and not willing to give me a refund. This is fraud. This is unethical and this should be investigated. Hopefully possibly we could start a lawsuit against this company for deceiving and fraudulently taking money of Americans accounts as most of these sites are all ran overseas by companies or one specific person that is making millions of dollars by ripping off hard-working Americans specifically men that are looking for a relationship with women. Please help. If there's anything that you can do, please help me. This will put me in a very bad financial situation as I am unemployed and struggling with health problems and mental problems that I fear this will only make worse. Please help me

Cancelled membership but was still charged

Signed up for a 3 day trial. Immediately after signing up it was very obvious the site was fake with bots so I went to cancel so I wouldn't get charged after the 3 days. At first the site said you can't cancel until your initial payment is processed. Can take up to 24 hours. This was suspicious but I waited until it was processed and still with 48 hours left on my 3 day trial I went through their obviously unintentional attempt at confusing people into not cancelling correctly. I got through the process and then it says to complete the cancellation you must call their customer service. At this point it's more than obviously these crooks intend on taking my money no matter what I do, but I still followed their directions and called their customer service. I told them I was following the directions and that I wished to cancel. The CS rep proceeded to talk extremely fast but I caught that she was saying she was switching me over to another membership. I said "no, I wish to cancel completely." This went back and forth until I said I'd be calling the police. She then rudely said ok you're cancelled, you will get an email in the next 10 minutes saying as much. Well that email never came and sure enough 24 hours later I was charged. I now have to follow through on fraud charges as they don't only have my cc info but my bank account.
On top of all this. I didn't even knowingly sign up for benaughty. I thought I was signing up for a different site and didn't realize it until after I signed up for the trial.

benaughty.com is a personal dating website but really it's a scam. Because there aren't any real people on the website. I thought were based in New York until I got a notice from my bank about an international fee. I spent $37.78 for nothing and $14.00 in international fees.
