Purchased Cotopaxi items from and Instagram ad on March 15. Tracked the order which was shipped and scheduled for delivery on May 5. When no items were delivered, i contaced customer service tfor non-delivery. I was told to check with neighbors - i mentioned I had a security camera. The package would have been a large box because of 2 purchased suitcases (14 items in total). Response was that they would reship the items and apologized. Order is still in transit.

Between this time I received jewlery (ring) with a QR code to scan. Did reserch on the jewlery company to discover that it is a scam which shared the same busoness name as a Rhode Island jewelry business.
