Claimed to be a debt collection company for Ace Cash Express regarding a loan that I supposedly took out & did not pay back. They called me in May 2025 for a debt from 2013 that was paid back. I contacted Ace Cash Express who confirmed that they do not use this particular debt collector. Also, this debt collector provided an entity number that did not belong to them.

I confronted this company with all the proof I had and they had absolutely nothing to say.

I initially provided them with my debt card information but immediately canceled my card.

I have filed a report with the FTC and Attorney General’s Office.

The callers name was Annie. She said she needed money by tomorrow or they'll serve me for this old debt.
