I purchased this couch in March of 2025. It arrived in extremely poor quality. In order to return because of this, I had to pay shipping which I believed would have been $500 or more. Which I did not have. Within 3 months, I needed a new couch. I have tried several times to use my warranty. There is no way to get in contact with this company. The number listed only lets you leave a message. And they never return your calls. The email it shows for customer support does not exist.
