Report

I ordered a centerpiece off Facebook. It arrived and was not as advertised and very poor quality. I was told they would give me 15% back or return it to China which would be expensive. It was mailed with a return address from California not China. I have pictures, my invoice, and the return address from the package. When I refused to accept the 15% they offered 20% then 30%. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
