I ordered this puzzle table. Price was 50.02 with shipping. I completed sale. They charged 52.02. I overlooked, thought it might be my mistake or a misunderstanding in shipping fee. I waited, other than initial confirmation, heard nothing. After 2 weeks, i tried contacting their support email, no other modes of contact available. I got a reply of shipment tracking. Showing coming from hong kong and waiting on customs check. Over next weeks showed on transit. Then showed was in my town and delivered. I live in small town so small post office . I checked at post office 2 times, i contacted neighbors to see if misdelivered. I have been emailing back and forth to a Tammy from customer service. Keeps saying check my mailbox and ask neighbors, they show delivered. I have asked for the proof, like fed ex pic or ups pic, no response. Refusal to refund.
