I ordered the “unisex fleece sweater kangaroo pouch pet carriers” in medium. The picture of the product it turns out is actually of another item from a different company called riikyu. When I received my item it’s something else entirely that looks nothing like what I had ordered. I have written to the company using their support email to initiate a return and have heard nothing back from them. I tried calling the number provided for the company via their website but it only rang many times with no one answering until it eventually went to some Verizon automated message. There is an online return section on their website which says you must use a certain link but when I click on that link it directs me to another page from which I can do nothing. There is competing information on their return policy saying for instance not to return anything without getting their permission first but then also to send them the product back to an address they list without any proof of an eventual return on my own dime, and then maybe they will eventually give a return. They don’t list any time after which they need to get back to me. I would love for this company to be investigated because I can tell that they are following very shady and I’m sure illegal practices. Thank you.
