Mike Smith of Bedrock Capital Group pretended to offer to finance the purchase of a hotel. Took clients money for Due Diligence, admitted they had not spent the money and would process a refund. He has since declined to take phone calls and reply to emails.

This is a fraudulent business. Company steals money, they pretend to offer a service which they do not. They cannot provide any physical proof of licenses, education, degree, etc. They impersonate people and are con artist.
