I ordered vitamin supplements from them on August 25th. I got a confirmation email on the 26th. On the 28th I received an email saying it was being prepared. On the 28th I got an email saying it was being packaged. On September 4th I got an email saying it was shipped. Today is the 10th and I haven’t gotten anything. The tracking number tells me it was in New Jersey as of September 4th but there is no info beyond that. I emailed the company yesterday morning (9/9) at 6:45 am CDT and have heard nothing back as of today (9/10) at 8:54 CDT. I have tried calling three times and it only rings - no one answers. I tried reaching out through chat 4 hours ago and no one has responded. I sent messages on Facebook and instagram with no responses.
