My daughter orders for me two hand held Yahtzee games. They took the money from her cc and supposedly sent it to an address she hasn’t lived at for at least 2 yrs. She tried to correct them on address. No one lives there now. Sent numerous emails with no response. Tried calling. Rings and rings or someone picks up then hangs up. The reviews on line are the same as mine. The emails were sent to a Mike Dauria in Oh..supposedly. Product has Viet Nam locale.

I should have known better. Learning experience. Please go after this company. And if at all possible, get my daughters money back.

Received order verification but have not received product. Tried to contact by email and phone with no response. Original order Nov 15,2024. Used credit card but somehow they made it look as if I paid through PayPal.

Bought toothbrush replacement heads that were difficult to find from the beautysuppliers.org website. Then received a receipt from PayPal about the transaction (LUONG THI THUONG) however PayPal was not used and an email from Adam Hudson stating my trend-products “It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received” No product was sent.

This company is a scam. Lotion was purchased through a credit card/paypal. Called PayPal and they stated item was delivered by Fed Ex, called Fed Ex and they show a different delivery address when I gave them the tracking # provided by PayPal. Called company ph #, unable to talk to someone, an automated voice answers hello, but then you can't talk to anyone. Send an email, but no response from company. The only good thing is I will be reimbursed by my bank credit card. Fraudulent company, do not place an order with them.
