A group of 14 people excitedly signed up for a incredible experience where Sharon Sutton offered to take a group to Dubai and the cost was $3975.00 per person with a additional cost for travel insurance ($250 per person) and upgraded Emirates seats ($500 per person - cost $5475 per person). On our about 08/31/24 independently, everyone had made final payment, paying her a total of around $80,000 in preparation of and for the cost of the trip. We begin reaching out to Mrs. Sutton for details of our stay and flight, only to not get no responses to our emails, text or calls, one couple out of DC desperately needed the information because of her husband being an "Officer' in the Military and his commander needing to know the information of his travel, after many attempts from all of us trying to let her know the importance of this matter, she never responded nor sent the information. We asked repeatedly early on, if the trip was canceled to let us know so that we could stop spending money in preparation of which, when she did respond on 10/03/24 she advised that the trip was still on and sent us a generic confirmation form about more details of the trip but still no flight or hotel confirmations which is what we were asking for for weeks. After her 10/03/24 email, there were many attempts of us trying to reach her but to no avail, she was totally ignoring all call, text and emails, we all were in a waiting game in hopes we would hear from and get our flight and hotel information. On 10/11/24, we were advised that she was in London attending the Chicago Bears game which after they were doing an additional 2 days in Paris which left us baffled because the day of her return to Chicago was the day of our 10/15/24. She never reached out to any of us and as the day of our trip arrived, everyone was packed and headed to their designated airports and upon arrival we were all informed a airline ticket was never booked which we also reached out to the hotel (she provided) who also advised their were no paid room reservations in Dubai at this hotel, so basically we never had flights, hotels or transportation which left this group scammed out of roughly $80,000 which we are now being told she has done this before to another group. After finding out we had no bookings, a member of the group did a Social media feed letting everyone know what she did and that we were looking for her, she then sent a email to the group (while some were heading to the airport) advising the trip was cancelled with no real explanation outside of the fact she was just arriving back from Paris. Currently, she is still ignoring our calls, text and emails as we try to gather information regarding a refund while at the same time she's advertising another trip to Arizona to attend a Chicago Bears Game.
