Trying to purchase something from barefoot. I never received my order and no matter how many times I tried to contact via phone through customer support, I never got a satisfactory answer as to where my product was to this day. They still couldn't give me any indication whether or not it was ever going to arrive.

I finally opened the dispute with my credit card company to stop payment.
