This is to rectify scam ID 1339127 on June 30 2026. BC paving of VA had nothing to do with this bcpaving company. This company is based out of Indiana and claims to have an office in Grand Rapids MI. A police report was filed and an agreement between myself and Ben Collins of $10,000 payment and the return of the motorcycle. Although I had made the offer of just finishing the driveway without returning the motorcycle equaling the $15,000 for a complete job. He also said he’d return to seal the pavement in 3 months and it’s written on the updated paperwork. However the keys to the Harley motorcycle ( to this day) has not been returned despite promises from Ben. Again this company is not affiliated with the VA. company.
