I confirmed I’d been blocked by calling from a friend’s phone, which he answered then hung up when he realized it was me. After I sent a message stating I’d be pursuing formal action, he called back angry and said he would only return part of the money. A partial refund was sent, and I was blocked again on all platforms. No work was ever started, and no contact has occurred since.
