Dominic Perez said he was calling from Bayview Loan Servicing LLC to approve a home loan modification. I would have to send him $500.00 first and my new mortgage payment would be $500.00 with an interest rate of only 2.5%. It sounded to good to be true so I searched ScamPulse.com and found his name and same situation. When I called the phone number back that he gave me of (904) 410-4430 it was a very simple voicemail stating his name and no business.
