I ordered the Instinct Herding Ball for my dog. Received a receipt but no product ever arrived. My texts are not answered. They don't publish an address or phone number.

I saw the BarkWell advertisement, I believe on FB, but not positive. Googled the BarkWell sight and researched their herding ball reviews etc. I purchased 2 and received a confirmation email and order# and the email indicated they were getting my order ready to ship. When I didn't receive the product or any order updates I contacted them through their site contact form and still no reply. I then emailed them with a cancel and still no response. I called but the contact# provided did not identify any company and went to voicemail.
