On February 15, 2025 someone called from CITI BANK saying Oliver Z. was trying to open an account with my SS#. she said she would close my account send me a new card. She said her name was Sarah Marshall 572-356-6589. Then she said I was paying high interest rates, she then transfer me to a guy Jacob Johnson telling me they would save me lots of money from high interest rates and also debt settlement. Then he transfer me to another person Eli Burress this person told me to stop paying my credit cards that he would handle reducing the interest rates. I told him NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT. This Eli Burress had all my credit numbers even my maiden name he even changed my other credit card mailing address he got into my Synchrony bank card account and I saw the change of address to ADS RESOLVE 3495 Lakeside Dr. #1234 Reno, NV 89509. I immediately call the credit card company. This person charged 2 cc for the total amount of 18,200.00 this person calls me every day his blocked. I also read here another person with the same ADS RESOLVE and very exact lies. This Eli Burress was telling me not to pay my credit cards. Now I know where he lives and know his real name. Now I've collected tons of information of this person.
