Bandoo charged me for items I didn't order and ignored my cancellation

I placed an order on the Bandoo website & provided my billing information. Their website added several other of their products I did not request. I immediately sent a cancellation request per their web form to [email protected], within a hour of the order being placed but they still took my money, a total of $155.65.

I ordered Foot pads and was charged $16.37 + $66.55, the 16.37 I ordered, but they also took $66.37 extra from my account and did not send a receipt to my email address nor an order number.

Bandoo tried to overcharge me $61 for foot patches

They advertised their product (foot pain patch) as $14.95 for one order, plus $6 shipping on their website trybandoo.com. They attempted to charge my Visa card for $61 for FOUR orders. I immediately blocked my Visa card. I went on their website and checked feedback from customers, they were all very negative, accusing Bandoo of over-charging them for their orders...exactly the same way I had just been over-charged. When you go to their web site and try to "cancel" your order immediately, you can fill out the form, but it never loads so you can't complete the cancellation. It also says that they ship out the orders "immediately". I tried to email them at [email protected] about this.

Bandoo charged me for extra boxes and their detox pads turned black

Bandoo, whose website is bandoo.com, charged me for 4 extra boxes after I ordered and paid for just one box, costing me a total of $78. I steamed their foot detox pads over a kettle and it turned black. Anyone can do this to replicate. They refunded me after I said I would expose them. Don’t know what to do with the extra 40 pads I have now other than thrash them.
