This business claims to be a professional locksmith but charged $350 to open each lock, then broke a key inside our lock and got it stuck. Had to give us a new lock and keys. Then tried to charge for the price of 3 locks because we have 2 locks plus a deadbolt, but the deadbolt was unlocked when we called for their help. They kept claiming they had to open 3 locks but were flat out lying to us. They then agreed to $750 total which is a scam in itself. Please look at lots of similar negative reviews on their yelp page for further evidence and reference. They are not professional locksmiths and need to be shut down. On Yelp, their business owner claims he cannot find reviewers’ names in their system, but I will attach a photo to prove we used their services.
