I was contacted by email from this company after they saw my resume on Indeed about a fulfillment associate position. They stated that I would be on a 30 day probationary period but would receive a full check in the amount of $3,400 at the end of the 30 days. They told me that they would be in contact with me once the 30 days ended to discuss possible full time employment. I signed on, very excited because I am a single parent with two sons who both have disabilities and live at home. I was relieved to work remote so I could be home with them. I clocked in daily for the full 8 hour shifts, speaking to my "curator", only if I started a conversation or had questions. I have never started a job with no one checking in or sending emails to see how I liked the job. I wasn't trained, but if I had questions, "Kerry" was online the same time I was. When my probationary period ended, I sent an email to my curator, thanking her for being polite if I had a question. I sent "Bailey" an email, thanking her for the job opportunity, and "Carol" Murphy sent me an email regarding my paycheck that was mailed (in regular mail) on my scheduled paydate, which was April 14th, 2025. I was so excited, my son's birthday and my mother's birthday were this month and had a list of what I wanted to buy. Their birthdays came and went, my bills are past due, my car is down and now I can't afford to get another one, I was going to put money down on a car once I received my check. I still haven't received a check, I started working for this company on March 10th, 6 weeks and 2 days ago and was never paid. And I can't reach anyone, no responses to emails, the one phone number that was listed in "Bailey's email only rings once and disconnects. I didn't want to believe this would happen...I have heard of this happening, but never wanted to believe I would cross such low, disgraceful, evil people who took advantage of a low income, single mother of 2 adults with disabilities. I'm a full time online college student, I thought this was a great opportunity to help pay food, necessities, and bills, rent. I am just numb. I owe my parents money, I owe a good friend of mine money, because they knew I would pay them back with my CHECK!!!!! Is there ANYTHING I CAN DO!!???? OH MY GOD!!!! They have my social security number, bank information.

I was notified on my indeed account about a position I was applying for. I looked on their website and saw it looked legit. I got the job! Filled out all the paperwork and started training. Worked for them for 30 days. I was to get paid on the 10th by mail. I still to this day have not received my check. I have tried to contact the company by phone, email, and contacted my curator. I did my job every day and entered information into the company database CRM. The company name is Cargo Network Express 5455 Wilshire Blvd #1517 Los Angeles, CA 90036, (800) 490-6254. Please beware!
