I purchased a hoodie after reading the return policy thoroughly (i have to hear back from their customer service in order to make a return within 60 days or else the return isn’t valid). However, phone calls and emails have gone unanswered for 3 weeks now. Given the holidays, I understand somewhat. But attempts to contact via various social media platforms doesn’t work either. After getting on their facebook page, I saw multiple other posts that folks’ requests to customer service are never answered as well.

Attachment is the receipt of the item I’m trying to return.

On December 14th I paid $99.95 for a men's hooded sweatshirt. About 3 weeks went by and I had received no confirmation email, tracking information or anything so I reported them to PayPal. They then emailed me to let me know they would prioritize my order and ship within the next 7 business days and would include a free gift for the delay. I waited 7 days and then emailed them again requesting tracking information. They eventually sent a tracking number but it didn't include any additional information so I didn't know the carrier and wasn't able to view updates. After a while longer I was finally able to view confusing updates concerning customs and distribution centers. Finally my order arrived on January 16th in a small plastic envelope containing a small cloth sew on patch that says Bearskin. NOT what I paid for. They emailed me asking for feedback on my order and I responded explaining everything and requesting a refund or at the very least the item I paid for. No response. PayPal sided in their favor because they confirmed they sent something to me and it was delivered so I'm not reopening the claim again to try to get my money back. I went on their website and filed another complaint requesting either the item I paid for or a refund. I provided pictures of the small envelope, tracking number and cloth patch to pay pal so I'm really hoping they don't let them get away with this. I don't want anyone else to spend $100 or more on this website and receive something with little to no value in return if anything at all! I would assume they sent the patch just so they could show paypal they sent me a package once I filed the claim otherwise I don't think they would have sent anything. They probably have done this to other people before myself. Don't fall for the ads! If I knew it was coming from China I would have never ordered. I will look twice

Order was placed in October 2024. Didn’t ship until mid November, with tracking provided. Shipping progress got held up and then was returned to their warehouse on November 26, 2024. Parcel never reached delivery address. No communication was received from them. Waited a month and then contacted customer service. Have sent multiple messages and always received the exact same “canned” response that order has been shipped and it should arrive soon. If you call the number on website, you can’t talk to anyone - all you can do is leave a message with email address and then they email the same canned response. Tracking has not updated since November 26 (still at their warehouse) and it’s now mid-January.

I ordered from website. It stated that I would receive product December 27, 2024. It has been 30 days, and I still did not receive it. I called several available numbers, which some are no longer in service. I left a message but no one return my call. I wrote several emails, but no one replies. I am not able to get in touch with anyone. I received a tracking number, but have no idea what company they are using to deliver the item. The tracking number is not recognized by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The first two letters are LP. When I do a search it states it is a global company, but no name.

Baerskin Tactical I placed x2 orders online on 12/09/2024 for Christmas gifts. Order confirmation numbers provided and said "Thank you for your order! It's on the way! Your order (#******) has been placed and will be with you soon. Your tracking number and order information will show up here as soon as we receive more information about your package". It is now 01/01/2025 with ZERO updated order information. No tracking number, no shipping update, no anything. I reached out via their contact tab and got a response from them stating they had too many orders over the holidays and that they were a "small but mighty team". They also stated that due to my inconvenience they were including a free gift with my order and that they were going to ship my orders within x7 days. A week went by and still absolutely nothing from their end. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are "based" in Switzerland and ALL their products are from China.

My mom ordered a hoodie for my husband from this website. It was a website that my husband found and it seemed legitimate and had good reviews, or so we thought. It looks like they have a 4 star rating on Trustpilot (listed on their home page), but I'm guessing they copied and pasted that logo and probably paid to have reviews made. My mom placed the order almost a month ago and still has not received the item. The number listed on their website leads to a very vague automated list of options. Both my mom and I have left messages to try and get updates on the order with no callbacks. We have also sent multiple emails through the "contact us" link on their site. NO RESPONSE. I sent an email to a "support" email address I found and finally did get a response on Fri. 12/27, but they needed more information about the order. I replied that same day and 2 days later we still don't have an update. I sent a follow-up email and I don't expect a response. I have advised my mom to contact her credit card company to reverse the payment. This company/website needs to be shut down! They claim they are in the U.S., but orders should not take this long especially when we live in the U.S. as well.
