I purchased a back massager with heat and stimulation and received the product as expected. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after I began using it.

I attempted to contact the company regarding the issue but have not received a response. At this point, I would like to request a full refund. I am more than willing to return the defective product if you provide return instructions or a prepaid return label.
