SCAM! Do not answer their calls, poses as a “law firm” but just wants your information for identity theft. Call your court to let them know about the fake case reference number you received, to get more information on it, mine said they were illegitimate and to report them to the ftc.

I was called by a lady that said someone was trying to get in contact with me to deliver a civil suit that was filed against me and to call 833-328-3647. She provided me with a case number to give to the Babcock and Associate rep when I called. I thought it was suspicious but she new my address and last 4 of my social so I was skeptical. I researched the phone number and there are scams associated with the 833-328-3647 phone number.
