Better Business Beaureau does not have legal authority. I am in similar situation. In my case he promised to complete patio, fence, mulch, rocks and grass all for $14000. He took $8000 advance, put patio, mulch and sod. He is putting planks will multiple holes for fence and patio looks bad. He has semi professional workers at best. I am thinking about filing a case in small claims court. Have you thought of that?
