Doesn’t show up takes your money does what he wants will hang up on you $10740 my back yard not done it’s been over three months then comes back like he is going to finish to just take the rest of the materials to do someone else’s yard which is my neighbor absolutely unprofessional has undocumented Mexicans working for him

Better Business Beaureau does not have legal authority. I am in similar situation. In my case he promised to complete patio, fence, mulch, rocks and grass all for $14000. He took $8000 advance, put patio, mulch and sod. He is putting planks will multiple holes for fence and patio looks bad. He has semi professional workers at best. I am thinking about filing a case in small claims court. Have you thought of that?
