I talked with someone who said they were Ed *********, sales rep of Axtion Fitness Tech and communicated back and forth via phone and email so I could place an order for a product. He sold me the product, charged my credit card nearly $***** and then never provided the product. I couldn't get a response from him or anyone else at the company via phone or email. After 4+ months I never received the device, a tracking number, or any further communication from the company. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt due to COVID and the holidays but realized that the timeframe and poor communication was unusual and inappropriate. I then googled the company and found other reviews of fraud and repeated patterns of this kind of behavior and immdo NOT work with them.
