Stay away from Aven Heloc

Went to Aven website and began the process. Seemed simple at first. Then realized they are a total automated system. No humans. Everything is generated through AI and bots. I did get a hold of a human through customer service but had no knowledge and deflected away from issue's that were asked. A total and complete joke! Don't walk...RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! STAY AWAY FROM AVEN!
They even generate fake review profiles to appear legit!

Type of a scam Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter Scam

I applied for an account on Aven.com to obtain a home equity line of credit, as their rates were lower than all others. Just two months in, my outstanding balance is about $1000 higher than my initial loan amount, and that is after making 3 significant payments! There is no detailed transaction history; there are no statements to view. I emailed them, zero response. I called them, and on hold for 72 minutes.. nobody ever answers. I texted them, nothing.

This is a complete hard money scam. I dont even have a loan number, nor do I know if anything was recorded on my home as a lien.

An absolute scam company that needs to be investigated and shut down. There are many privacy and fair lending compliance infractions that must be looked in to.
