I was contact by Brian to do fundraising for my cheer team. Once we came up with the design for the phone stands and the water bottle ,our fundraiser was set up. Brian communicated daily until I was happy with the product.We proceeded with the fundraiser, I was sent over invoice once I confirmed the orders. I paid the invoice on May 20th, The expect delivery was the week of May 30th. Being that I took a few extra day, I assumed that the product would be delayed by 4 days. After giving it 7 days I call, text, and emailed Brian, without a response. Getting him to communicate after I threaten to cancel charges with the credit card company. I ask if he could keep me updated and I would give more time, he said the company would ship them directly to the school. I asked that a conformation be sent to me so that I could inform the parents. I still never gotten the conformation number or the product. I again called, text, and email well over 100 times. In any normal business, communicating with clients with updates is a must. I informed him that the parents are concerned and that the school year is ending. I need information to give parents.
