I ordered a few shirts from them and after a few weeks started asking where my order was, the company claimed they were closing down due to issues with their distributor then they posted saying they fixed the issue and I’d get a tracking # in a day or two. It never came and neither did my order. I asked for my money back after well over a month and they never responded. The store no longer exists on Facebook and I assume I’m losing my money! It has now been 2 months

March 25, 2018 I purchased online 4 items from Ava Lucas. There was a very long delay in hearing from them. Each item was shipped out separately. On May 14th they provided a USPS tracking number for the remaining item. However, the tracking number shows that this item was shipped to a different address in a different state. I have spent months trying to get in touch with them to either get the correct tracking number, or to get a refund. I email this company just about everyday. Once they actually did reply to one of my emails and said that they would issue a refund. However, I have not received the refund. They continue to ignore my emails. I filled a complaint on PayPal. And this seller had the nerve to provide PayPal with a tracking number for one of the items that was received rather than the incorrect tracking number that shows the item shipped to a different address. This resulted in my complaint with PayPal to be closed. I have called PayPal and explained the situation, they are going to re-open my case. This company does not list an address and the phone number they show on their website is a recording, so you have no way to get in touch with them except by email. And as I stated previously they ignore my emails.

In the early part of June I ordered3 items for around $90 online. I never got a tracking number or any info on my purchase. I emailed multiple times and had no response. I tried to call the phone number given and it always goes to a voicemail and isnt even for the company. I am warning you not to order from this company even though their items look nice for a slightly higher price. I assumed because it wasn't cheap that the site was reputable. Take heed. They are a scam!

I ordered a women's top and received a reply that my order has been confirmed; they gave me an Order No. but no receipt, etc or a shipping date. I've tried emailing several times with no reply. I contacted my credit card company for a refund and reported them as a fraud.
