Hello there,

I purchased a car on the following website, but the car does not come even after the arrival date. I paid $ 30.150.00 for the amount.

There is also a contract. What should i do? Every day is hell.

I have long dreamed of buying a '67ford mustang.

I wanted to tell that this dream would come true if I made an effort to the children of the facilities I support.

It was such a dream car.

Spoke with Michael Pelt via e-mail on purchasing a 1940 knucklehead. Michael said we had to go through Autosmart Solutions. We spoke with Steven Zeitels via phone and e-mail went through registered procedure and bank draft. We were told we would receive the bike on June 28 2019 and we have not received it. Neither person will not answer by e-mail or phone.

They do not

Also doing business as family auto sales which is a total scam

In March I requested some info on a 1998 Panoz AIV Roadster. On May 31st I received an email from Michael Pelt about the car. He said the sell of the car fell through and the vehicle was still available. He explained that AutoSmart Solutions Inc. was handling the transaction and shipping. I found nothing no negative reviews. On June 3rd I registered with AutoSmart Solutions. On June 4th AutoSmart sent me the bill of sale that I signed and faxed back to them. I received a call from AutoSmart to acknowledge the receipt and to inquire about when the payment will be sent. On June 5th the money was wired from fifth third transaction number 4611693. I emailed autosmart solution the transaction number and after that autosmart called me to let me know that the car would be arriving on the 14th of June. on June 13th I tried to call and also email out of smart to find out who would be the carrier of the vehicle. No return a call or email. yes he did say that then again look to see if I could see any negative remarks about autosmart and still cannot find anything. I also tried to email Michael Pelt the seller of the vehicle and heard nothing. I read on the autosmart website that it could take up to 15 days for shipping. On the 18th again send an email to Michael Pelt and called Auto smart and left messages and nothing.

Add was place to sell a vintage auto. Seller was out of country and recommended we use this company to protect both buyer and seller. Company was to act as escrow agent and deliver vehicle while holding the money. Car was never delivered and they stopped returning calls despite having sent them the funds several weeks ago. I have not received any merchandise.
