Company offered a good deal on a mini excavator. When I placed my order, the order form said they would place a "hold" of funds until purchase was processed/completed. I called the number and the individual stated "We are available 24/7 at this number." I moved forward with the order, thinking I could cancel if necessary after the hold. The money was actually charged through my payment method and now, there is no contact with the business via phone or email. I'm sure I will not receive my item(s) and will most likely have a difficult time getting my money back, even though the purchase was made through PayPal. The individual/company that was charged did not match the company the item was supposedly purchased from.
