Scammer sent a letter disguised as an warranty expiration notice, and requests a VIN from the addressee. It's in a regular envelope with no security printing on the inside and 2 windows for the address and a car's make and model. It's signed by a Matt Smith.

I keep getting "Final Notice" letters about a factory warranty that has expired. I have checked with the manufacturer and my warranty has not expired.
