I put in my order for a set of wheels that they deal. A couple months go by and I contact them asking for the status on my order and they give me a run around on how soon it would be shipped out. After some time, I turn to requesting a refund from the merchant since they can't send me my order as they blame tariffs. Even with asking for a refund, they are not cooperating in sending my money back. They tell me either, "they aren't open today and will check in tomorrow" upon which they don't respond anyway, "the guy who handles the banking isn't in/only works a few hours a day." They told me multiple different deadlines on their own on when I'd see my refund to no avail.
