A car transportation company wrongfully booked an appointment to ship a car from Va to New Orleans. Once I realized it didnt seem like a real company and backed out, they discontinued all phone numbers.

This person called and posed as a broker that I had actually hired. This transport broker charged me a driver holding fee and said he would credit back once the car was delivered.. I didn't find out that this guy was no the one I hired until the original company I hired called and told me they had a driver... At this point, my car had already been delivered and I was out an additional $295.00. The fraudulent company was Dorell Holdings LLC. Registered in Wyoming. Phone 561-298-4293, DOT: 3745258, MC: 1327336. Burner phone from Mass. 617-545-7642, Contact on Central Dispatch contract Steve Linden Phone 307-409-6707. Once I found out who it was, I found multiple complaints on their practices online. My concern is why would Central Dispatch continue to allow scammers like this to access the board when they know they rip their customers off.. The Dispatcher in question was threatening the driver after I found his information and started tracking him. I hired this auto transport company to pick up my car in another state and deliver it to my home. I paid them a $275 deposit, they insisted had to be paid through cashapp. It's been over a week and my car hasn't been picked up and they keep lying to me making excuses, blaming the truck driver. They won't give me a refund so I can hire another co, they just give excuses. Every phone number I call associated with this co takes me to a call center in India and every person I speak to is "Ryan"
