Type of a scam Moving

I contacted the website about transporting a vehicle. The look like a honorable company. I was contacted my a rep called Emma Jones. She spoke with an Indian accent. I informed her I was looking to transport my car. She quoted me $450.00 with a $150.00 deposit upfront. I express my concern about giving my deposit but she assured me the price was the final price not a penny more. I continued to inform her that I did not want any surprises and if this was the final price. She inform me it was. I decided to do a contract for the $450.00 and signed it for that amount. She also assured me the scheduled pickup. I informed her that I needed to be sure of the pickup because it was flying up and I needed to be there when the car arrived. On the day of the pickup which she gave ne the time of 12-1 pm. I stayed waiting all day and the did not show up nor did they call me at all. I contacted shipautonow, no one was available to help me and they told Emma Jones will get back to me. Emma Jones called me with the next phase of her scam. She told me she had a drive but I had to pay $1400.00 more. She told me the other drive was not available. You can only imagine how outraged I was at this scam. I told her we had a contract for $450.00 and she assured me that was the final price. She then tells me if I wish to cancel there will be a cancellation fee. That’s the next scam. Trying to steal your deposit. They promise you a service, have you make a deposit, do not provide the service they offered you, they keep the deposit. A robbery!
