Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was searching for local/non local used car sellers and ran across a picture of a newer model truck with low mileage claiming one owner and no accidents for too good of a price. The website claims it sells seized and repossessed cars, trucks, boats, campers, etc. The website claims the main office is at an address in Idaho and also provides location addresses in California and the UK. There is a live chat option that initially clicked around 8 pm EST and no live agent ever joined. I then tried at 8am EST and immediately got a response. I was told the vehicle I was interested in was on hold pending a customer's financing. The agent came back within a minute or so saying that the financing fell through and the truck was available. I asked questions including if vehicle could be inspected in person/test driven. I was told the vehicle was in TN with the original lien holder and that it would need to be transferred to their showroom in ID for me to personally look at it. To do so 20% of the cost would need to be paid to initiate that move. They also claim free delivery for any item over $2,000. They also claim 30 day money back guarantee with no charge to return it. The person I chatted with English seemed legit like an American however I started perusing the site and noticed the language in some of the "policies" in the links about payments and returns. I decided to look the website up on a few website review sites. The website was created 11/1/20 and today is 11/18/20. There are 4 physical addresses listed on the site that when I looked up in Google maps were random places that were clearly not or could not be where a "showroom" would be located. One was a private neighborhood, one was a shady looking alley, one in an intersection with no indication of an auto sales building, the UK one looked odd as well. I saw no location in/around these addresses with the name of the company on any signs or doors. I've uploaded a snip of a partial chat log that was emailed to me afterwards.
